I have never regarded the Japanese food at the arts canteen as &quot;good&quot;, I always thought the Japanese stall that existed at Engine canteen was much better. Too bad it closed down.. The salmon set was really good at that stall!

Megabites had pretty good stuff when they set up the temp arts canteen, but I think its a company like koufu that hires hawkers, so its not really revealing of the quality of the food.. Megabites has a medium sized cafe at Science by the way, specializing in western food: &quot;http://singapuradailyphoto.blogspot.com/2008/12/megabites-nus-science-canteen.html&quot;
Okay lah, I&#039;ll rate 3.5 also la..not exceptional but edible..
