About Zhou Wenhan
Zhou Wenhan is the co-Founder of 2359 Media (http://2359media.com), a Digital Consultancy with the mission to create business value through digital experience engineering. 2359 Media’s strength is providing Product Development expertise and processes to companies that need to establish their presence in the fast evolving digital and mobile space. One of the earliest App developers in Singapore, he is constantly building new hobby apps to keep his development skills up to date and try out new product development and marketing strategies.
Prior to founding 2359 Media, Wenhan was a key employee at GetQuik.com from July 2007- July 2008. GetQuik is an online marketplace for consumers to order food from restaurants across United States.In his role as 1st Employee, Business Development Executive and Product Designer, Wenhan helped GetQuik quickly grow to 7 employees with an annual transaction rate of over a USD1 million.
In May 2007, Wenhan also founded the www.Tagxe.com, a taxi ride sharing website that was featured on numerous newspapers and had over 1,800 users. Tagxe was acquired by CabCorner in late 2010.
Wenhan graduated with a Second Upper Class Honors in Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Engineering) with a minor in Technopreneurship from the National University of Singapore. At NUS, Wenhan has served on many student organizations, most notably as the Chairperson of NUSSU Business Committee and as the Director of Marketing of the Student Union.
His Final Year Project gave rise to SG Malls which is a iPhone App that help shoppers find directions in over 130 shopping malls in Singapore. SG Malls has been downloaded over 200,000 times since its launch in Feb 2009 and was the founding product of 2359 Media.
